Huge Facial Compilations

STRAW AND HAY with radicchio, arugula and FIRST SALT SALTED



Ennesimo piatto che prevede l’uso del radicchio, abbinato questa volta al sapore della rucola; è un binomio che si sposa benissimo, anche se non l’avrei mai detto… come sempre, provare per credere!

Per le dosi io sono andata “a occhio” in base a quello che avevo in casa… sorry… ;-D

Wash the rocket and cut into strips (more or less), do the same with the radicchio. Chop an onion and stufatela in a saucepan with a little 'oil. Then add the vegetables, and brown them briefly sfumatele with a dash of balsamic vinegar (I tried this method for the flan to the radicchio, and the flavor I liked it so much that I wanted to repeat here) and a ladle of water. Salt and pepper lightly. Boil pasta in salted water, then drain the noodles in the pan with the sauce and add the salt first, cut into small cubes with a knife, which will merge with the pasta.
